My name is Kel, and I'm your yoga plug for grounded, elevated healing.
As a yoga guide, educator, and performance-minded mover, I teach people to how to reconnect with the power they've carried within all along. My work sits at the intersection of yoga, strength, nervous system science, and spiritual clarity.

This work takes you deeper than just wellness or fitness. It's full-on embodiment; in other words, walking the f*cking walk.

I didn't grow up thinking I'd teach yoga.
I found it looking for complete relief. The pace, pressure, and performance aspects of Corporate America drained me, and I was always so stressed and disconnected. I was constantly pushing through burnout with no roadmap to come back home to myself.

Yoga became that roadmap. The breath was the first doorway. The stillness was the second. The strength I gained along the way changed everything.
I learned how to move with intention, how to feel my body instead of disconnecting from it, how to listen to my inner world instead of ignoring it and how to expand instead of collapse.

And eventually, I realized I wanted to help others find that same clarity...

Today, with hundreds hours of formal yoga training, certifications in Yoga Nidra, Yoga Body Psychology, wellness coaching, and years of real-world teaching experience—I guide people through the kind of transformation I once needed myself.
